What is Safina Ventures?
A start up studio located at Safina Plaza in the heart of Bangalore city. We partner with founders to create innovative products and services and assemble teams to grow tomorrow’s companies.
What sectors do you work in?
We have built businesses in co-living, co-working, event spaces, retail, media and IT parks. Our primary focus is REaaS (Real-Estate-As-A-Service).
How many projects do you take on?
A handful of projects every year.
What is The Human Residency?
A 111-day living experiment run by The Hub Bengaluru, one of our ventures, at Safina Plaza. You can live in, or join three days a week. See /residency.
Do you still run incubation?

Do you sell anything on this website?
