Sales & Partnerships Lead

Role type: Full-time · Function: Sales & Partnerships · Location: TBD · Compensation: TBD

Role overview

The Sales & Partnerships Lead owns revenue and external relationships. This role fills the property and programmes with the right people, and builds partnerships with brands, companies, and institutions that bring in revenue, visibility, and long-term value.

Core expectation: A predictable, well-documented pipeline — not one-off deals that live in someone's head.

Key responsibilities

Sales

  • Own the full funnel: lead generation, qualification, tours, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
  • Drive occupancy, bookings, event sales, and space monetisation.
  • Maintain a clean CRM/pipeline with accurate stages, owners, and next steps.
  • Hit monthly and quarterly revenue and occupancy targets.

Partnerships

  • Identify and close partnerships with brands, corporates, communities, colleges, and ecosystem players.
  • Structure deals — commercials, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Manage partner relationships after signing so they renew and expand.
  • Work with content and community teams so partnerships show up well publicly.

Systems and reporting

  • Build repeatable sales collateral, pricing sheets, and outreach playbooks.
  • Report weekly on pipeline, conversion, and revenue with honest numbers.
  • Feed market and customer insight back into pricing and offerings.

Ideal candidate

  • Proven closer with a track record of hitting revenue targets.
  • Strong relationship builder who is credible with founders, brands, and corporates.
  • Organised operator — keeps a real pipeline, not a mental one.
  • Comfortable with outbound: cold outreach, events, and networking.
  • Experience in hospitality, co-living, real estate, events, or community businesses is a plus.

Success in this role

  • Occupancy and revenue targets met consistently.
  • A live, accurate pipeline with healthy conversion at every stage.
  • Signed partnerships that renew and grow.
  • Sales knowledge documented so it survives any one person.

Hiring assessment

  1. Walk me through a deal you closed end to end, with numbers.
  2. How would you fill our space in the next 60 days?
  3. Pitch us a partnership you would go after in month one and why.
  4. How do you keep a pipeline honest when the numbers look bad?
