Founder's Office Senior Associate (Mini CEO / COO)
Full-time · TBD · ₹11,11,111 – ₹22,22,222 CTC
Role type: Full-time · Function: Operations · Location: TBD
Role overview
This is the Founder's Office 11.11 role — a senior operator who sits closest to AFS and runs everything he shouldn't have to. The mandate is simple and brutal: manage the founder's second brain, take the remaining 89% of the load off him, and multiply his output 11X while he spends only 11% of his time on it.
This is not an EA role and not a chief-of-staff-in-name-only role. It is effectively a mini CEO / COO — strategy, ops, monetisation, finance P&L, people and agents, all of it.
Core expectation: 11X AFS with only 11% of his time. Everything else is yours to own, decide, and ship.
- Second brain — Owned end to end
- 11-day cycles — 1 day of AFS input
- 11 humans + 111 agents — Yours to lead
How the role operates
- 11-day build cycles. Work is shipped in 11-day sprints, each with a defined outcome, owner set, and proof of completion.
- 1 day of input from AFS. Out of every cycle, AFS gives one day of input — direction, review, unblocks. The other 10 days run without him.
- Second brain ownership. You maintain the founder's second brain: notes, decisions, context, commitments, follow-ups, and the systems that hold them. Nothing falls through.
- Default to decide. If a decision doesn't need AFS, it doesn't reach AFS. You decide, document, and move.
Non-negotiable: No decision gets parked waiting for the founder. If it can be decided, decide it. If it can be delegated, delegate it. If it can be automated, build the agent.
Key responsibilities
Seven pillars, one owner: second brain · strategy · ops · people & agents · channels & IPs · monetisation · P&L.
1. Second brain & founder leverage
- Own and operate the founder's second brain end to end — capture, structure, retrieve, and act on everything.
- Convert founder thinking into structured plans, briefs, and shipped outcomes.
- Protect founder time ruthlessly; filter, batch, and absorb everything that doesn't need him.
2. Strategy
- Translate the long-term vision into 11-day cycles, quarterly bets, and clear priorities.
- Run planning, review, and course-correction rhythms.
- Kill projects that aren't working; double down on what is.
3. Operations
- Run day-to-day operations across the org — systems, SOPs, protocols, and accountability.
- Own the operating cadence: daily build logs, attendance and 11:11 protocols, weekly and monthly reviews.
- Handle escalations, fires, and everything ambiguous. "Handle the rest" is literally the job.
4. Team of 11 humans + 111 agents
- Lead a team of 11 humans: hiring, onboarding, goal-setting, reviews, and performance.
- Build and manage a fleet of 111 AI agents that do the repeatable work — deployed, monitored, improved.
- Design the human + agent operating model: what humans own, what agents own, and where they hand off.
Humans set direction. Agents do the reps. If a human is doing something twice a week, an agent should be doing it by the next cycle.
5. 111 channels & IPs
- Oversee 111 channels and IPs across the portfolio — output, quality, consistency, and growth.
- Maintain the content and IP calendar, pipelines, and ready-to-ship checklists.
- Track performance per channel/IP and reallocate effort to what compounds.
6. Monetisation
- Own how each channel, IP, and product makes money.
- Build monetisation models, pricing, offers, and partnership structures.
- Turn attention into revenue with tracked, repeatable playbooks.
7. Finance & P&L
- Own the P&L: revenue, costs, margins, burn, and runway.
- Build and hold budgets; approve and question spend.
- Report real numbers on a fixed cadence — no vibes, only proof.
Proof culture: every claim comes with a number, a link, or a screenshot. No vibes, only proof.
Ideal candidate
- Senior operator who has run a business, a large function, or a founder's office before.
- Comfortable owning a P&L and defending the numbers.
- Builder mindset — ships systems, not opinions; uses AI and agents natively.
- High agency: takes ambiguous problems and returns finished outcomes.
- Leads people well and holds a high bar without drama.
- Fast, structured, proof-driven, and allergic to unnecessary escalation.
- Can hold strategy and execution in the same week without dropping either.
This is you if…
- You've owned a P&L and can defend every line.
- You close loops without being chased.
- You build systems, not to-do lists.
This is not you if…
- You need a brief to start moving.
- You escalate before you attempt.
- You want one lane and clean edges.
Compensation
₹11,11,111 – ₹22,22,222 CTC — full-time, senior. Founder's Office 11.11 / Frontier Human.
Placement on the band depends on how frontier they are: AI-native depth, scope already proven, ability to run the whole show with minimal founder input.
Seat is closest to the founder, with real ownership of strategy, money, people, and agents from day one.
Success in this role
If this role is working, AFS should be able to disappear for 10 of every 11 days and nothing breaks.
- AFS's output is 11X'd while his involvement stays at ~11% of his time.
- Every 11-day cycle ships its defined outcome, on time, with proof.
- 11 humans and 111 agents run with clear ownership and minimal founder input.
- 111 channels and IPs publish consistently and grow.
- Monetisation is live and measurable across the portfolio.
- P&L is accurate, current, and improving.
Suggested performance measures
- % of decisions closed without AFS involvement.
- Cycle completion rate across 11-day builds.
- Founder hours consumed per cycle (target: ~1 day).
- Number of active agents deployed and work hours displaced.
- Channel/IP output volume and growth against plan.
- Revenue per channel/IP and total monetised streams.
- P&L accuracy, margin, and runway trend.
- Team health: retention, review completion, protocol adherence.
Hiring assessment
We're testing for ownership, judgement, and proof — not polish. Specific examples with numbers beat frameworks every time.
- Describe the largest scope you've owned end to end. What was yours to decide, and what did you escalate?
- Walk us through a P&L you owned — what moved, and what did you do about it?
- You get one day of founder input every 11 days. How do you structure that day, and what do you do with the other 10?
- How would you split work between 11 humans and 111 agents? Give a concrete example.
- How do you keep 111 channels and IPs shipping consistently without becoming the bottleneck?
- Pick one of our channels or IPs and tell us how you'd monetise it in the next 90 days.
- Tell us about a time you took something completely off a founder's plate. How did you prove it stayed handled?
One line summary: Frontier Human — AI-native mini CEO / COO of the Founder's Office. 11 humans, 111 agents, 111 channels and IPs, one P&L, 11-day cycles — and a founder who only has to show up for one of them. Band ₹11,11,111 – ₹22,22,222 CTC.
